California Pitbull Rescue – Community Pack Walk

CPR is leading the “pack” for another fun-filled community pack walk! Adoptable dogs from CPR and HSNB will be in attendance and all breeds are encouraged to join! Use these walks to socialize your dogs, meet some cool folks, ask our trainer questions, or even scope out a new friend for your existing pup.

These walks are on the last Sunday of the month, in different locations throughout Oakland and beyond. This month, we’ll be at a brand new location for us, the Vallejo Marina! As an extra bonus, volunteers from the Humane Society of the North Bay will be joining us with their adoptabulls!

MEETING SPOT: We’ll meet at Brinkman’s Marina (Downtown Parking Lot M). Just look for the pit bulls near the water. During our walk, we’ll head to the Trolls under the Mare Island Causeway. This distance is 1.5 miles (each way). For those who want to walk farther, they can continue north into River Park. (Call (510) 282-9884 if you have trouble finding us!).

These events are free to the public. Please be respectful of other dogs’ space and ask before you let your dog greet another dog. Please bring poop bags to clean up after your pooch, as well as water. Remember no flexi-leads or leashes longer than 6 feet. Plan to wear comfortable shoes and bring water for you & your pups.
